Una reciente misión comercial de 60 empresarios, organizada por la Cancillería, presentó ante los industriales de Río de Janeiro y San Pablo 106 proyectos de inversión por más de U$S 1500 millones.&lt;br /&gt;La Misión de Inversiones Multisectorial (MIM) estuvo dirigida por Luis María Kreckler, secretario de Relaciones Económicas Internacionales de Cancillería. El funcionario destacó ayer, a su arribo al país, que frente a “un contexto económico internacional en el que se torna cada vez más evidente la vulnerabilidad económica de los países desarrollados, la región muestra en cambio un creciente dinamismo y una mayor fortaleza para enfrentar los desafíos que plantea el escenario internacional”. Kreckler mantuvo un encuentro con el titular de la industria paulista, Paulo Skaf.&lt;br /&gt;Las presentaciones se hicieron en Río de Janeiro, el 27 de septiembre, y en San Pablo, dos días después. En ambas ciudades se realizaron sendos seminarios y rondas de negocios de oportunidades y proyectos de inversión en la Argentina.&lt;br /&gt;Los empresarios y funcionarios argentinos hicieron propuestas de inversión en sectores tan variados como turismo, agronegocios, y diversas actividades industriales, como la de la alimentación, la forestal, la infraestructura portuaria y la naval.&lt;br /&gt;Según informó Cancillería, Brasil es el tercer inversor extranjero entre los países emergentes, detrás de Rusia y China, con un stock de Inversión Extranjera Directa (IED) superior a los U$S 180 mil millones en 2010. Brasil es el cuarto inversor extranjero en la Argentina, que se ha constituido en el principal receptor entre los emergentes, acumulando un stock de U$S 4000 millones de dólares. Creen que el BCRA puede hacer "lo que quiera" con el dólar &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Los especialistas financieros de las empresas que mueven la mayor parte de la economía argentina ya definieron el escenario en el cual, según sus cálculos, llevarán adelante su negocio el año que viene. Para ellos, 2012 está signado por un crecimiento menor al de los últimos años, aunque nada desdeñable si se tiene en cuenta el contexto internacional; una inflación en torno al 20% y no por encima del 25% en el peor de los casos, y un dólar, de hasta $ 5 para la Navidad del año entrante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Así lo deslizaron en esta ciudad Gustavo Macchi, presidente del Instituto Argentino de Ejecutivos de Finanzas (IAEF) y gerente general de Finanzas de Arcor; y Guillermo Campanini, director de Administración, Finanzas &amp;amp; Gestión de Activos de Televisión Federal y vicepresidente de la entidad.&lt;br /&gt;Ambos son los anfitriones de un cónclave que reúne en medio de la selva misionera a 200 especialistas en finanzas de las empresas líderes del país.&lt;br /&gt;Entre otras figuran Profertil, Fiat, Edesur, Cargill, Transener, Nidera, Gas Ban, Banco Galicia, Techint, Impsa, Volkswagen, IBM y AGD. Y el telón de fondo es la debacle de los mercados internacionales.&lt;br /&gt;Aunque ambos especialistas dicen y repiten que la Argentina esté en buenas condiciones para enfrentar la crisis, no prevén que el país resulte indemne. Los coletazos del mundo, posiblemente, se traduzcan en un menor crecimiento local. "El año que viene prevemos un crecimiento del 5% en ventas", explicó Campanini.&lt;br /&gt;Para Macchi, en tanto, en "la Argentina puede haber una desaceleración del crecimiento, pero nadie esta esperando una recesión".&lt;br /&gt;En cuanto a la inflación y en especial el incremento de los salarios, uno de los temas que suele perturbar el buen humor empresario aún en momentos de crecimiento, los ejecutivos apuestan a la moderación del sector trabajador.&lt;br /&gt;Campanini cree que las paritarias de 2012 promediarán un incremento del 20%, por debajo del 24% que cerró el gremio de camioneros este año e intentó, con éxito dispar, actuar de referencia para otros sectores.&lt;br /&gt;De la mano de la moderación salarial, casi nadie en esta convención espera que la inflación se ubique en torno al 30% anual. En cuanto a la evolución del dólar, el sector empresario espera una escalada mayor a la prevista en el presupuesto nacional. Se você escolher não contratar um advogado, com certeza terá um bocado de trabalho, mas isso garantirá seu sono enquanto aquele teto for seu. Gostou? Então, providencie: &lt;br /&gt;- Certidão da matrícula do imóvel - ela é uma espécie de identidade. Diz quem foram os donos, a metragem e o número do IPTU. É tirada no Cartório de Registro de Imóveis; &lt;br /&gt;- Certidões cíveis do proprietário - para saber se há algum processo contra o proprietário que prejudique o negócio. São retiradas no Fórum Central; &lt;br /&gt;- Certidões Trabalhistas do proprietário (se ele for empresário), na Vara do Trabalho. Em caso de processos trabalhistas, o seu apartamento pode ser usado como pagamento; &lt;br /&gt;- Certidão de executivos fiscais, retiradas Fórum Central. Para verificar se há algum processo da prefeitura contra o imóvel, por motivos como falta de pagamento de IPTU; &lt;br /&gt;- Certidão de protesto, no cartório de protesto - para saber se o ex-proprietário foi protestado e se pode haver alguma ação de execução no futuro; &lt;br /&gt;- Se o proprietário morar em outra cidade, tire as certidões no lugar onde ele mora e onde está o imóvel; &lt;br /&gt;- Certidões da Justiça Federal, para garantir que não há nenhuma dívida de imposto de renda. Você pode checar isso no site da Justiça Federal (http://www.jf.jus.br/cjf); &lt;br /&gt;- Certidão de casamento atualizada do proprietário ou declaração de união estável (em caso de uma separação posterior, você pode perder o imóvel para a parte que requerer patrimônio, em caso de uma separação); &lt;br /&gt;- Certidão de recolhimento da TRSD (taxa do lixo) ou parcelas quitadas, correspondentes aos anos de 2003, 2004 e 2005. &lt;br /&gt;Do condomínio &lt;br /&gt;- Pedir certidão de inexistência de débitos condominiais, para saber se a unidade tem dívida de condomínio. Ela pode ser pedida para o síndico, deve vir com firma reconhecida e constar a ata que elegeu o síndico; &lt;br /&gt;- CNPJ do condomínio para saber se há muita dívida de ações trabalhistas ou qualquer outra, o que pode aumentar as suas despesas futuramente. &lt;br /&gt;Atenção: &lt;br /&gt;Todas as certidões têm validade de 30 dias.
